Minimum requirements: Prior experience in an administrative role Familiarity with RAF (Road Accident Fund) processes (advantageous) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills – well-spoken and confident on the phone Not afraid to initiate calls and follow up proactively Well-groomed and professionally presented Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle Basic financial understanding (e.g., debt control) Strong attention to detail Drafting experience is a plus
