Responsibilities:
Act as the fired liaison between operations and accounting departments for all financial elements related to the project. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Assist with entering daily revenue into accounting software Assist with processing monthly invoices and billings to various customers Assist with tracking contract changes Assist with needs as requestedQUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company/project specific programs and software through development and coaching Experience with Excel, PDF, Smartsheet Strong organizational skills, both verbal and written Exceptional interpersonal skills Independent, self-starter Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills
