1. Calendar management, scheduling and organizing meetings and events
2. Travel coordination – including airlines, hotels and ground transportation
3. Visitor assistance
4. Data analysis and graphs creation with Excel, preparing monthly and quarterly reports
5. Assisting with creating and formatting Power Point presentations
6. Preparing, checking, submitting expense statements, and managing purchases
7. Working with team to plan local and worldwide meetings and employee celebrations
8. Maintaining organization’s SharePoint sites
9. Building and maintaining organizational charts for the worldwide organization
10. Coordinating with other corporate functions, inventors and external agencies or service provide

**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree or above
+ 2+ years of administrative, operations or executive support experience
+ Flu **ent in Mandarin Chinese and English**
+ **Foundational data analysis expertise with a keen eye for numerical accuracy**
+ **Expertise using productivity software tools in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), SharePoint and SAP**
+ **Strong written and verbal communication skills**
+ **Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people**
+ **Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment**
+ **Ability to effectively solve problems and make appropriate decisions**
+ **Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery**
+ **Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships**
