This position is responsible for the effective execution of all administrative matters in the clinic.
+ Responsible for timely cash collection from patient (including collection, bank-in, receipt issuance, billing, clearance of unmatched transactions and maintenance of patient payment records).
+ Responsible for timely processing and reconciliation of Sales Order to all patient (including issuance of Credit or Debit Note when applicable).
+ Application, validity monitoring and renewal for Guarantee Letter for patient.
+ Registration and setup of Customer Information into Customer Master Registration System.
+ Petty Cash custodian.
+ Ordering of clinic inventory, assets, and other purchases.
+ Monitoring and processing of vendor invoices into PSINOVA system
+ Assist in monthly accounts closing of clinic, including reconciliation of systems and documentations.
+ Preparation and reconciliation of invoices for submission to funding bodies
+ Provide administrative services including proper documentations, correspondence to third parties, filing, telephone works, and other office administration.
+ Management of account receivable which include issuance of SOA / LOD and follow up on outstanding with patients / other related parties.
+ Timely update of all reports.
+ To perform other duties as directed by Operations teams.
