Job Summary:
The Customer Support Entry Analyst is focused on addressing basic customer inquiries and issues. This role involves learning company products and services, handling customer queries via email or chat, and escalating complex issues to senior staff.
Customer Support:
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
Entry Analyst:
• Review and enter customer data into company databases
• Verify accuracy and completeness of customer information
• Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in customer data
• Communicate with other departments to ensure customer data is updated and accurate
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
• Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• A basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles is expected, though certification may not be necessary at this entry level.
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze data.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in data collection and analysis.
• Excellent communication abilities to effectively share findings and work within a team environment.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and tools used in continuous improvement processes.
