Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Process and issue purchase orders, manage invoices, establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors, act as point of contact with vendors, record keeping and reporting.
+ Oversee the orders and track new hire welcome kits and event kits.
+ Administer inventory and order promotional items.
+ Oversee memberships, sponsorships and events to include approvals, tracking, payment and coordination.
+ Vet and route all internet leads to ensure timely response.
+ Administer the marketing portal to include fielding questions, approving orders and being the liaison between Rain for Rent employees and our vendors.
+ Support the Creative Services Manager by updating marketing materials and ensuring our sales enablement software is current with the most recent content.
+ Supporting the management of the CRM by providing ongoing scrubbing of data and user support.
+ Campaign support by pulling lists from CRM and any other applicable sources.
+ Support tradeshow and event planning.
+ Other duties as assigned in support of the operation.

+ Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university is desired
+ A minimum of one (1) year related Administrative experience and/or training is required
