ADM Project Manager
**CTG is seeking to fill an ADM Project Manager opening for our client in Houston, TX.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 12 months **Description:** A Project Manager (ADM) is responsible for leading cross-functional project teams in delivering custom development solutions or managing the maintenance and support of applications. They are accountable for ensuring projects are completed within the specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting business requirements and contractual obligations. The Project Manager oversees project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements, including client employees and third-party vendors, to ensure effective resource allocation and execution. This role requires strong experience with project management methodologies and tools to establish communication plans, deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders, and ensure successful project outcomes. **Duties:** + Lead and manage multiple application development and maintenance projects. + Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. + Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. + Coordinate resources across client teams and third-party vendors. + Monitor project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies. + Provide consistent project status reporting to stakeholders. + Ensure compliance with contractual and business requirements. + Drive continuous improvement and best practices within project teams. **Skills:** + Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. + Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). + Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. + Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. + Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar). **Experience:** + 5+ years of project management experience in application development and/or application maintenance projects. + Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams. + Experience managing third-party vendor relationships. + Strong background in stakeholder management and communication. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). + PMP or other project management certification preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $44.00 to $55.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
