We are currently recruiting for an Adjuster Support/ Receptionist to join our team in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This is a full-time role and onsite work arrangement. The successful candidate will ensure that all daily clerical functions within the branch are carried out. Completes tasks with the objective of maintaining accuracy, organization, and effective time management
This role requires frequent interactions in English and requires reading and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills2 years experience in an insurance or office environmentKnowledge of the insurance industry will be considered an assetProven organizational skillsProfessional telephone mannersGood communication skills and correct use of terminologyExcellent transcribing skills with a typing rate of 50 wpmAdvanced computer skills including Office 365 and Windows 10 applicationsMust be a flexible team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer serviceTyping, transcribing, word processing and spreadsheet updatesAccount administrationOffice liaison for customers, co-workers and professionalsOffice administrationGeneral clerical duties
