Responsible for the administration and execution of the following tasks in the operation of auto claims: • Attend to the assigned claims in compliance with the policies and procedures established by the company. • Coordinate and follow up on the inspections of the assigned cases. • Conduct the coverage analysis in each case. • Manage the necessary approvals to guarantee the established service level agreements. • Enter and process payment requests in a timely manner. • Prepare reports and reports requested by your supervision. • Provide in-person and virtual attention to cases with clients and brokers.
