Adjunct Senior College Laboratory Technician - Theatre Arts **GENERAL DUTIES** Performs supervisory and/or complex technical functions in laboratories in support of coursework. - Maintains, fabricates, modifies, and repairs laboratory equipment - Determines equipment requirements; prepares purchase specifications and coordinates acquisition of equipment - Trains and supervises College Laboratory Technicians, College Assistants, and other laboratory staff - Manages the set up, maintenance, and organization of student laboratories - Maintains appropriate safety and hygiene standards - Maintains required documentation related to laboratory activities. Job Title Name: Adjunct Senior College Laboratory Technician **CONTRACT TITLE** Adjunct Senior College Laboratory Technician **FLSA** Non-exempt **CAMPUS SPECIFIC INFORMATION** Kingsborough Community College is seeking candidates for Adjunct Senior College Laboratory Technicians in Theatre production in the areas of Props, Costumes, Scenic Construction and/or Scenic Painting for the 2025-2026 academic year. **_Visa sponsorship is not available for this position._** **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** High School Diploma with a minimum of eight years related experience. Additional education may be used to meet the experience requirement: an Associate degree may be substituted for two years experience, and a Bachelor's degree may be substituted for four years experience. This position also requires the ability to direct train, and supervise others. **COMPENSATION** $40.84 - $54.17 per hour.
