Job Title: Field Sales Representative
Position Overview
Join an exciting new delivery initiative launching in your area! As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in recruiting local businesses to participate in the Delivery Partner Program. You’ll work closely with a Field Manager and a team of local account executives to identify, engage, and onboard qualified businesses. This is a dynamic, field-based role that combines sales, community engagement, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct door-to-door outreach to prospective businesses within a 1-hour radius.
+ Present and promote the Delivery Partner Program to generate interest and applications.
+ Qualify leads and guide businesses through the application and vetting process.
+ Maintain accurate records of lead activity and manage your pipeline using Salesforce.
+ Support the Field Manager in planning and executing local recruitment events (e.g., lunch & learns, town halls, coffee chats).
+ Collaborate with local influencers and organizations such as chambers of commerce and economic development groups.
+ Import and manage lead data using Excel and Salesforce on a weekly basis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
+ Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
+ Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
+ Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
+ Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems and tools.
+ High level of professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
