Pay: $26hr + Commission

This is afield-based sales role with the flexibility of remote work when not traveling. You’ll be the face of an exciting new program, helping local businesses discover opportunities that can transform their operations.

💼What You’ll DoHit the road 4 days a week, visiting businesses within a 2-hour radius of Jackson, MS.Pitch a compelling new program to business owners and decision-makers.Qualify leads and guide them through the application and vetting process.Track and manage your pipeline using Salesforce.Collaborate with your Field Manager to host engaging community events like lunch & learns, town halls, and coffee chats.Build relationships with local influencers, chambers of commerce, and economic development groups.Maintain and assign leads, import data, and generate reports using Excel and Salesforce.Analyze lead performance and help optimize the sales process.🧠What You Bring1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.A self-starter attitude with a high sense of urgency and professionalism.Comfort with Excel, Salesforce, and online research tools.A knack for multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel frequently.💸Perks & BenefitsMileage reimbursement at $0.70/mile– we value your time and travel.Commission incentives up to $350 per partner sign-on.Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced sales leaders.A flexible hybrid work model – fieldwork + remote days.The chance to make a real difference in your local business community.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
