The Role
Join a small, dedicated team responsible for the safe and precise operation of our advanced metal 3D printers. This full-time role operates on a four-day work week (Wednesday-Saturday, 2:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.), giving you a balanced schedule with maximum impact.
What You'll Do
+ Print and produce: Start and monitor critical print jobs, ensuring precision and quality.
+ Material preparation: Handle and verify specialized metal powders.
+ Post-processing: Expertly unload parts, remove powder, and finish products using bandsaws and media blasting.
+ Ensure quality: Execute tasks with a high level of detail and problem-solving to meet our exacting standards.
What You Bring
+ Mechanical aptitude and a desire for hands-on, technical work.
+ Strong work ethic and reliability.
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
+ A minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or related technical experience.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
