We are in search of an Additive Manufacturing Co-Op to join our Flow Controls business based in Marshalltown, IA. You will drive Emerson-wide projects from start to finish, including project planning, prototype creation, and component design.

Required Major(s): Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology or a related field GPA: 2.5 or higher Status: Junior or Senior status General experience with additive manufacturing or 3D printing Fluent in spoken and written English Previous experience with manufacturing, especially machining and welding technologies Good problem solving and analytical skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent documentation and organization skills Ability to present across cross-functional teams Ability to work well with teams to solve complex problems Ability to work independently and proactively on given projects 3-D modeling design Additive manufacturing lab experiencePreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience with 3D CAD systems, Siemens NX or SolidWorks Additive manufacturing experience with Laser Powder Bed Fusion Experience with ASME 14.5, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) specifications Material engineering experienceOur Offer To You:
