自動車業界での6年以上の実務経験（OEM/Tier 1が望ましい）プロジェクト全体の監督新世代モデル向けADASシステム開発ADASシステム要件分析および仕様定義（例：ACC、AEB、AHB、LDW、UPA、BSD、RCTAなど）車両診断および通信ネットワークに関する基本的な知識DRBFM、FTA、FMEAなどの実施経験機能安全（ISO 26262）およびR10、R79、R89、R13H、GSRなどの認証要件に関する十分な理解品質問題の分析、議論、およびステータス報告技術的な議論および調整のための関連部門およびTier1サプライヤーとのコミュニケーション部門横断的なコミュニケーションと異文化チームワークによる問題解決社内外のエンジニアとの円滑なコミュニケーションプロジェクトマネジメントサポート自動車分野における日系OEMおよびTier1サプライヤーとの協業経験
More than 6 years' work experience in the automotive industry Preferably OEM/ Tier 1sEngage in holistic project oversightADAS System development for new generation model ADAS System Requirement analysis and specification definition (example: ACC, AEB, AHB, LDW, UPA, BSD, RCTA etc.)Basic understanding of vehicle diagnostics and communication networkExperience in performing DRBFM, FTA, FMEA etc.Good understanding of Functional Safety – ISO 26262 and other homologation requirements like R10, R79, R89, R13H, GSR etc.Quality issue analysis, discussion and status reportingCommunication with relevant department and Tier1 supplier for technical discussion and alignmentSolving issues through cross functional communication and cross-cultural teamworkFluent communication with internal/external engineers Project Management SupportExperience working with Japanese OEMs and Tier1s in Automotive domain
