**Compensation Data**
This position offers a base salary typically between $140,000 and $222,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance based bonus and or other compensation elements. **Description**
Responsible for leading the trade operations and customer service team to implement Human Pharma Distribution and customer service strategy, customer agreements and program measurement. The incumbent will implement all trade operational activities in order to maximize BIPI branded product performance within the BIPI guidelines. Owns the delivery and continued improvement of trade analytics and insights processes including DSA performance mgt, gross sales projections and wholesale inventory reporting. Acts as a trade cross-functional liaison connecting results and insights with internal and external customers including, brands, forecasting, production, BISC, IT, manufacturing, finance and key channel partners. The individual is responsible for overseeing the provision of analytic support to our Trade NAD and support our goal of achieving 100% product availability through a variety of distribution channels, ensuring a safe and secure supply chain.

**This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.**
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Implement and ensure measurement of BIPI Supply Chain contracts and inventory agreements to ensure patient supply and pharmacy customer service levels. Partners with cross functional teams including but not limited to Distribution and Revenue Operations to ensure BIPI meets customer and brand needs by connecting with them on Trade Customer requirements, industry trends and brand strategies.
+ Ensures customers maintain appropriate performance to minimize internal costs and maximize brand performance.
+ Maintains, utilizes and communicates DPA supply chain information, technology, product knowledge and effective skills in order to influence targeted Wholesalers, Independents and Retailer Accounts
+ Responsibility also includes oversight on managing inventories at the distribution level and portfolio brand level on an ongoing basis and working with Trade Ops team, demand planning and forecasting to ensure appropriate product available and proactively work to minimize supply disruptions for individual brands.
+ Proactive communicate to field and CRU to minimize impact of patient level outages.
+ Includes leveraging system and resources to monitor and manage orders from customers to meet patient demand and ongoing reporting and communication of inventory changes by working closely with finance and forecasting to report inventory impacts to sales forecast to Sr. Leadership.
+ Track, measure, and report Gross to net discount budget, benefits, metrics and ROI of full line wholesaler distribution agreement leveraging technology platforms. Lead negotiation, budget and implementation of technology platforms. In addition, work collaboratively with team to report, manage and measure specialty distribution gross to net budgets.
+ Fosters open communication among team members, with business partners and customers. Develops and delivers
+ clear, well-organized oral and written communications that are readily understood by others. Assists in the development of a national business plan, focused on Trade related management objectives, continuously aligning team efforts to prioritized opportunities that deliver outcomes.
+ Lead the Trade operations & Customer services team. Represent the function at the Trade & specialty leadership team. Foster open communication among team members, with business partners and customers. Develops and delivers clear operational recommendations and assist in the development and implementation of the Trade and Specialty departmental plan and budget.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelors degree from an accredited institution required
+ Requires a deep understanding of the US pharmaceutical distribution market. Including types of channels, the customers / distribution partners, the contacting and operations of those customers. An understanding of order to cash processes and gross to net forecasting. Deep understanding of distribution analytic systems and reporting processes
+ Minimum of eight (8) years customer service, marketing, finance or related business experience, including one (1) to two (2) years supply chain management. Prior pharmaceutical experience a plus.
+ Three (3) years of proven project management experience.
+ Demonstrated ability to learn existing sales processes and applications in a short time and be able to provide baseline support for business clients.
+ Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Previous supervisory experience required.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage budget and resources.
+ Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a highly matrixed organization.
+ Proficiency in MSOffice, Outlook and database applications, including knowledge of various desktop applications. Experience in Cognos/Report writing toolset required. Basic knowledge of SAP, Veeva and Ariba preferred.
+ History of successful performance.
+ Ability to travel (domestic)
