Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse! 

As a Med Surg RN at MercyOne, you will provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for pediatric through aging adult patients with actual or potential medical health problems. Key accountabilities include: 

Assessments and diagnosis 

Outcomes identification 

Planning, implementation and evaluation of care using crucial thinking and evidenced-based practice 

Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA 

Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities 

Schedule: 

Full-time .9 status, 36 hours per week

Two 12-hour shifts 6:45 am - 7:15 pm on Days

One 12-hour shift 6:45 pm - 7:15 am on Nights every other weekend

General Requirements: 

Registered Nurse in Illinois 

Education: 

Associates Degree in Nursing

Pay Range: $29.50 - $46.00 per hour 

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
