**ACUTE CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER** **HOSPITALIST/CRITICAL CARE RESPONSE** **SOUTHWEST FORT WORTH, TEXAS** Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a full-time opening for an **Acute Care Nurse Practitioner** , with the critical care response team. This is your opportunity to practice at the top of your license, working with some of the most experienced medical teams in the region. **Position Details:** + Full time; 4pm-2am. + Evaluating and managing critical care patients. + Respond to all hospital-wide codes and rapid response calls. + Perform intubations, central lines, arterial lines, and other bedside procedures. + Manage acutely ill patients and collaborate with intensivists and specialty teams. + Provide overnight coverage and clinal support in a high volume fast paced environment. + Competitive Salary, plus comprehensive benefits package including CME Malpractice and 401K **Requirements Needed to Apply** : + Active Texas license + Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Board Certification + Degree in NP studies from an approved NP program + Interest and experience as a critical care NP are highly encouraged to apply Nurse Practitioner Qualifications: The Nurse Practitioner (“NP”) Must be a graduate of an accredited Advanced Nursing Program and have a current RN license for the State of Texas. Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas. The NP will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.
