About the Role
Deliver quality service, effective output in performance, strategic actuarial initiatives, and unfold team capacity in order to be Next Gen Finance+Roles and Responsibilities:
Reinsurance Management
Support in reinsurance booking and preparation of reinsurance statement of account in a timely manner.Clear queries from reinsurers to ensure timely reinsurance settlement.Prepare documentations required for reinsurance treaties approval and signoff.Assist in periodic regulatory reporting and group reporting on reinsurance matters.Communicates with different stakeholders on reinsurance management activities.Experience Study
Perform periodic monitoring on the claim experienceConduct annual experience studies, assumption proposals and the relevant documentations for various assumption reviewsDerives insights and foresights across the actuarial value chain from advanced data analyticOther responsibilities
Leverages next generation technology and digital solutions to improve actuarial workflows and processes to enhance efficiency to accelerate strategic objectives.Ensure compliance to appropriate corporate governance, controls and documentation policies/procedures.Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.Provide support on adhoc tasks as assigned by managerMinimum Job Requirements:
University / College graduate in Actuarial Science or relevant subject plus at least 2-4 years of relevant experienceProficient in MS Office and data analysis techniques, knowledge of actuarial software will be an advantageProficient in MS Office and database skillsGood command of written and spoken English and ChineseOthers:
