To develop and ensure application of technical specifications and QAPs. To monitor compliance with regulations and customer- and Safran requirements. To manage audits from external (customer audits, special processes, ISO 9100…) To create and report the quality indicators for the projects. To perform FAIs. To conduct internal audits. To audit the valid dates of the various tools. To manage the stamps. To conduct and approve customer quality satisfaction surveys. To propose and approve corrective and preventive actions. To monitor handling of anomalies and non-conformities. To process customer feedback and write 8D reports where necessary **Job Requirements** The Candidate needs to work on site Airbus Helicopter Donauwörth - so only candidates that would get access to a location producing military equipment can be considered. Professional degree, preferably with specialization in Quality or Experienced Quality inspector with 5 years in the aerospace sector. 3 to 5 years' experience (preferably in aerospace) and/or in the aerospace wiring and/or services area. Audit and quality tool usage. Strong knowledge of quality reference systems and aerospace regulations (ISO9001, EN9100, PART21, PART145) Computer knowledge, knowledge of software specific to the position, and customer tools. Analytical and communication skills. Strong knowledge of English and technical English for documents. Good German language skills preferred. **But what else? (advantages, specific features, etc.)** To create and/ or manage internal and external training modules (Safran and Customer) To manage the Godfathering process for employees with regards to internal and external requirements To provide logistical management for training sessions. To teach theoretical and technical training sessions – eg SMS and HF To compile responses to "trainee" satisfaction questionnaires. To evaluate the post-training performance of the trainees. To enter training sessions conducted and validate skills in the SKILL software. To collect skill evidences and report it to the customer. To provide SKILL training sessions for each access profile. To ensure the proper management and monitoring of staff skills using the SKILL Software.
