Devereux Florida provides programs and services for children and adolescents who face significant emotional, behavioral and intellectual/developmental challenges. Located in Titusville, FL, this position is responsible for developing monthly structured activities for the individuals we serve and ensuring these activities are scheduled per the clients level. This individual will also train staff to implement activities and will provide the necessary equipment, supplies, and facilities to carry out the activities. This person will also assist with training new hires during the on boarding process with completing of point sheets, DCP notes; Coaching Essential Skills, and training new Hires on D-PBIS.
Position Details:
Salary: Starts at $18.00 / hr + Shift Differentials for Evenings & Weekends
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 12pm-8pm

QualificationsEducation:
High school diploma or GED requiredExperience:
1 year residential experience in Direct Support, Residential Care, Behavioral Health, non-profit or relatedOther Requirements:
Valid Driver's LicenseMust be able to complete a two-week (Monday - Friday) new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each dayMust be able to work Tuesday-Saturday from 12pm-8pm. Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test, Physical, TB Test.
