When you come to work at an Ebenezer community, we strive to support your growth, honor your strengths and empower you to make a difference in the lives of others._ **Job Duties:** + Coordinates leisure programs, activities, exercise classes, and special events for older adults in an assisted living residence + Encourages resident participation, reports changes in residents mood and physical status + Promotes independence and helps develop socialization + May help escort residents to activities outside of senior living community + Other duties as assigned by Activities Director **Qualifications:** **Required:** + Drivers License Current Driver's License in good standing required if the employee will be driving the company van/bus.
