We are currently seeking a Active Directory Engineer to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Engineer with a strong background in identity and access management, including GMSA (Group Managed Service Accounts), LAPS (Local Administrator Password Solution), and PowerShell scripting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AD migrations, security hardening, and enterprise-scale Active Directory environments.

 

Key Skills & Experience Required

8+ years of experience in Active Directory engineering and administration Proven track record in implementing and managing: Group Managed Service Accounts (GMSA) Local Administrator Password Solution (LAPS) Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation, auditing, and administrative tasks Experience with Active Directory migrations and domain consolidations across environments In-depth knowledge of Group Policy, OU structure design, delegation models, and AD replication troubleshooting Familiarity with IAM/PAM concepts, including role-based access control and directory integrations

Preferred / Optional Skills

Experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux system administration Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Security-first mindset with attention to access governance Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infra, application owners) Clear communicator and documentation-driven approach
