The ACO Quality Manager is a leader for AtlantiCare Health Solutions. The ACO Quality Manager will work collaboratively with the ACO Leadership Team to develop and oversee population health metrics, to effectively conduct measured clinical performance and designated clinical strategic target activity that are focused on the Triple Aim.
This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and by demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 -7 years strong facilitation skills in quality improvement methodology and data analysis required. Knowledge of applicable regulatory and accreditation standards and the ability to integrate policies required. Demonstrates experience in developing information from large databases. Prior experience in medical informatics/analytics in a health care setting required. Knowledge of ICD-9, CPT-4, HCPCS, revenue codes and other health coding nomenclatures required. Highly developed computer skills and clinical knowledge required to effectively obtain, manipulate and present data and reports. Ability to research regulatory mandates as they are developed, and guide the development of databases, analytics and reporting to support population management, medical management initiatives, quality metrics reporting, governmental standards and requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications required. Strong self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities timely and the ability to work under stressful situations with tight timelines required. Supervisory experience preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires primarily mental exertion with a moderate amount of walking and standing, in addition to visual acuity for reading and computer work. Some travel may be required. This position requires desk/computer work a majority of the time. This position may require occasional lifting up to 20 pounds required.
