You are able to work independently and bring excellent oral and written communication skills. **JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** You will perform compliance review and analysis of cybersecurity requirements. Upon completion of the compliance review, you will send the results to the TEAM SUB. You will independently validate cybersecurity artifacts developed by TEAM SUB Enterprise system owners and other systems under the cognizance of the Program Offices as required by the TEAM SUB IA Manager as part of the RMF Accreditation and Authorization process that are uploaded to DoN Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS). **REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** + **Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain Secret Clearance.** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology; or related technical/managerial field from an accredited institution. + 7+ years of relevant professional experience with Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E), Business IT systems and phases of the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process. + IIAT II Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) as defined by Qual Standards Resp and Registration Process for NQVs_v4.0 20220711, July 2022. + Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite 365. + Able to efficiently use the latest reporting, analysis, and communication technology. **PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:** + 10 or more years of professional experience in Information Assurance (IA) or C&A related field. + Demonstrated proficiency and understanding of Navy IT sites, systems, and infrastructure. + Demonstrated experience working Navy C&A projects as an NQV. + Demonstrated experience with written and verbal communications and interfacing with all levels of personnel involved in IT operations and systems.
