Job Summary:

Develops, maintains, and enhances business applications. Collaborates with stakeholders to validate user requirements, assess available technologies, and recommend solution options. Assesses objectives for assigned project phases and recommends technical strategies and tactics to achieve business needs.

Purpose:

Maintain and troubleshoot ACE automations to ensure operational health.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor ACE processes for technical errors and performance issues. Debug and resolve issues in scripts written in C# or Python.

Collaborate with Analysts and business teams on root cause investigations.

Maintain and update automation logic, configuration, and documentation. Support deployment of new scripts, updates, and fixes in test/live environments.

Document changes, fixes, and recurring issues for visibility and process improvement.

Requirements:

Proficient in C# (preferred) and/or Python for script maintenance. Experience with log analysis, debugging, and version control.

Knowledge of structured error handling, configuration management, and basic CI/CD. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
