Keys to this Role: + 2 years of experience with Data entry and Customer service + Any related degree or studies is a plus + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Salesforce.com or similar CRM + Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus Role Overview: Responsible for managing client account orders. Reports to General Manager. + Monitor customer’s orders in CRM system and shipments delivery + Provides pricing, generates sales orders and shipment invoices + Prepares shipments details, process documentation and coordinates deliveries with 3rd parties + Generates claims and reports + Reviews misc. information and performs analysis on back orders + Communicates with various external departments + Provides customer service to customers and resolve issues. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Familiarity with logistics and inventory management processes. • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. • A related degree or relevant coursework is advantageous.
