\n\t\t\t\t\tKey Accountabilities: \n• Coordinating and clear cash receipts and ensure their correct accounting and reconciliation through to the GL \n• Completing the trade AR cash collection process including customer account research \n(assigned customers), proactively contacting customers to confirm timely payment, resolving customer issues independently as well as in conjunction with the appropriate finance business partner and/or commercial team member \n• Providing AR statements to customers and preparing customer account reconciliations as well as managing trade AR disputes and customer payment promises \n• Researching AR transactions to support customer needs and/or internal/external audit requests \n• Updating FSCM for customer contacts (required % to meet metric) payment promises and invoice disputes

\n\t\t\t\t\tBasic Requirements: \n• Associate degree with 5 + years of accounts receivable experience OR \n• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of accounts receivable experience OR \n• Masters Degree in accounting OR \n• Experience in Lieu of degree with 7 + years of accounts receivable experience \n• In order to be considered for this role, you must be a US Citizen. \n• Proficient in Excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables, Macros)\n\nPreferred Requirements: \n• Current experience with SAP – nice to have, can be trained \n• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment that is highly deadline-driven

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
