Position Summary
As the Accounts Receivables Officer, you are responsible for accurately processing payments, managing collections, and addressing follow-up queries. Your role ensures compliance with financial procedures to support the organization's financial health. You are also primarily responsible for online retail transactions and other trade accounts, including cross checking and verifying financial data to maintain stability.Role and Responsibilities
Roles and responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:
[Accounts Receivable management] Understand credit and collections or AR related tasks such as ensuring current account and perform collection of overdue invoices from dealers through email follow ups, phone calls, and/or face-to-face alignment.[Credit and risks management] Perform assessment of Financial Documents submitted by dealers for a credit limit approval and sales order releasing.[Reconciliation management] Perform reconciliation of open items and dispute raised by dealers. Alignment with other department and customer is a necessary to ensure concerns will be resolved as soon as possible.[Time management] Ensure that tasks expected for an AR officer will be executed within the timeline.Skills and Qualifications
You must have/be able to:
