Description

UCLA Health is seeking an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Support Analyst to support our collections efforts and ensure efficient account resolution. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Collections, you will analyze A/R data, monitor vendor performance, and provide insights that drive financial and operational improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration across departments, and a solid understanding of the revenue cycle.

In this role, you will:

Analyze A/R data using tools like Tableau and Excel to generate reports, dashboards, and aging summaries. Identify reimbursement trends, delays, and process inefficiencies; recommend improvements based on audit findings. Review vendor reports, validate invoicing, and support workflow enhancements for increased recovery and efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs, improve analytic capabilities, and support training initiatives. Escalate issues related to charge capture, vendor compliance, and data discrepancies to appropriate teams. Stay current on regulations and department policies; draft updates and support compliance initiatives.

Salary Range: $78,800 – $175,000 annually
