Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager
Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to join our client’s team and oversee the billing and collections process in a fast-paced healthcare environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized resident admission files on a weekly basis, processing monthly billings for each payor class and related co-insurances, and preparing resident statements as required. You will handle Medicaid and Medicare claims, correcting and re-billing any denied claims in a timely manner to ensure prompt payment to the facility. Additionally, you will review and track all billable ancillary supplies, as well as check and prepare vendor bills to ensure proper payment. This position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all applicable regulations. Other duties may apply as needed to support the financial health of the organization.
