Description We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a contract position offering an opportunity to lead and optimize accounts receivable processes. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the accounts receivable team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections. • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable metrics, identifying areas for process improvements. • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records. • Utilize Oracle Fusion to streamline accounts receivable workflows and reporting. • Develop and enforce credit policies to minimize risk and maintain healthy cash flow. • Conduct regular audits of accounts receivable transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Provide guidance and training to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and findings. • Engage with franchise partners to address payment issues and maintain strong business relationships. • Support the implementation of best practices to enhance the efficiency of accounts receivable operations.
