Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a contract position where you will play a key role in overseeing financial operations related to accounts receivable and collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting functions and a proven ability to lead effectively. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the accounts receivable department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. • Supervise and support team members in handling billing, collections, and credit assessments. • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. • Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of collections processes. • Monitor and report on accounts receivable performance metrics to management. • Ensure adherence to franchise-specific financial guidelines and requirements. • Train and mentor staff to build a high-performing accounts receivable team. • Address customer inquiries related to billing and payments with attention to detail. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable management or supervision. • Strong knowledge of accounting functions, billing, and collections. • Previous experience in the automotive or franchise industry is preferred. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Ability to analyze financial data and generate actionable insights. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
