Based in our Eden Prairie, MN location, our Accounts Receivable shared service team manages Accounts Receivable for 36 businesses based in the US and Canada. You will be assigned select businesses and be responsible for overseeing the collection activity of a multi-million-dollar Accounts Receivable portfolio.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Manage a team of direct reports Be responsible for goal setting and performance management Direct work in a way to ensure on time payment of open A/R, minimize past due A/R and maximize overall DSO performance Interact with high level management staff at assigned businesses Lead regular meetings with staff and assigned businesses on performance related objectives Raise awareness to management and leadership of issues impacting overall A/R performance Exercise significant independent judgment and discretion in making decisions that will have significant impact on internal/external customers Coach and aid direct reports in their professional development Conduct periodic site visits to review performance with business leadership Participate in and is responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting requirements used by management and executive leadership Who You Are:You relate comfortably with people across levels, functions, cultures, and geography.
