Actively looking to hire an AR Specialist to join a large construction company in the Doral FL area! This is an URGENT need! Must have construction experience to qualify for role!

Description

•\tGenerate timely and accurate customer invoices regularly

•\tMaintain and improve customer contract folders as well as the documentation process for issued invoices

•\tPrepare bank deposits and process all customer payments in the accounting system

•\tMonitor accounts receivable aging report to ensure timely customer payments while communicating with managers to ensure overdue invoices are addressed with customer

•\tAssist in resolving customer inquiries regarding invoicing and payment process

•\tPerform accounts receivable reconciliation monthly

•\tAssist in gathering and compiling data to generate monthly revenue and aging reports as well as other reports relevant to accounts receivable.

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience:

•\tAssociate degree in accounting or related field with relevant work experience

•\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team

•\tStrong problem-solving skills and work ethics

•\tExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Required Skills, Knowledge & Competencies:

•\tGeneral knowledge of GAAP reporting requirements preferred

•\tAdvanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.

•\tBilling AIA, construction industry experience required.

•\tAdvanced spreadsheet skills are required.

•\tOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

•\tAble to break down problems into meaningful parts and come to rational and well-thought-out conclusions.

•\tDemonstrated strong project management skills.

•\tSolid networking and interpersonal skills

•\tAttention to detail and accuracy.

•\tInterested in process improvement.

•\tWilling to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction.

•\tInternally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
