Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Linthicum Heights, Maryland. This is a contract position that requires strong expertise in billing, invoice management, and reconciliation tasks. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of relevant experience and the ability to handle complex accounts efficiently. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts receivable tasks, including downloading customer account information and updating invoice records. • Utilize billing portals to process invoices and resolve discrepancies. • Perform research to ensure purchase orders align with invoices and reconcile any mismatches. • Handle credit and rebill processes for invoices as required. • Update purchase orders and customer payment details accurately. • Collaborate with AR representatives to address invoice-related issues. • Maintain thorough documentation of customer notes and invoice adjustments. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing functions. • Strong analytical skills to research and reconcile purchase order discrepancies. • Ability to perform credit and rebill tasks efficiently. • Detail-oriented approach to updating and managing customer notes and invoices. • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and customers. • Solid experience in managing invoice-related tasks and resolving invoice issues.
