Responsibilities:

Post daily cash receipts received and ensure accurate application to customer accounts and invoices based on provided remittance documentation.Support month-end closing activities for the Accounts Receivable team.Monitor unapplied customer payments and promptly apply them to invoices.Collaborate with accounting staff to correctly code miscellaneous cash receipts.Prepare necessary documents for payment discrepancies and assist in researching and resolving customer account discrepancies promptly.Prepare monthly compliance reporting on international sales and receipts.Assist with other Accounts Receivable tasks within the company as needed.Provide support to the Credit team in managing accounts and assessing credit risk.
