Key Responsibilities: + Posting Customer Payments: Accurately record incoming payments to customer accounts. + Bank Deposits: Prepare and reconcile bank deposits to ensure accuracy. + Data Accuracy: Maintain detailed and up-to-date payment records in the company’s accounting systems. + Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain strong customer account statuses.
