Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Assignment Type: Temp (potential to become temp to hire)
*****This is a collections position. Must Have : Outbound calls, collections, and experience with Accounts Receivable*****
**Requirements (What we’re looking for):**
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the timely and profitable collection of accounts receivable for our clients customers by maintaining constant open lines of communication between customers and sales while maintaining favorable customer relations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Address the existing data completeness issues of processes
• 2+ years of experience in credit, collections, or a customer-facing role involving accounts receivable.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software tools.
• Experience making outbound collection calls and managing past-due accounts.
• Ability to analyze account balances and take appropriate action.
**Role Requirements:**
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit and collections or a customer-facing collections role.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software systems.
• Comfortable handling **challenging customer interactions** .
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to changing environments and priorities.

**Pay Details:** $20.25 per hour
