Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a long-term contract position that requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The role involves processing transactions, managing cash applications, and collaborating with account managers to ensure smooth financial operations. Responsibilities: • Process and manage high volumes of accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency. • Handle cash applications, invoice processing, and account reconciliation tasks. • Collaborate with account managers and producers to address financial inquiries and ensure timely resolutions. • Utilize intermediate Excel skills, such as pivot tables and vlookups, for data manipulation and reporting. • Input and maintain general ledger entries as needed. • Work with financial systems, including ERP, CRM, and Epic software, to manage and track transactions. • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all financial activities. • Provide support for billing functions and cash handling processes. • Learn and adapt to new systems and procedures quickly to enhance productivity. • Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout all accounts receivable processes. Requirements • Proficiency in intermediate Excel functions, including pivot tables and vlookups. • Experience with accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools. • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and related financial activities. • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Familiarity with CRM systems and Epic software is preferred. • Ability to learn new systems and procedures efficiently. • Previous experience in cash handling and billing functions is a plus.
