Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis in Salinas, California. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to ensure smooth invoicing, payment processing, and resolution of discrepancies. Responsibilities: • Process invoices daily using internal and external systems. • Investigate and resolve shipping and pricing discrepancies. • Prepare and maintain customer accounts, issuing monthly statements as needed. • Record customer payments by processing checks and other transactions. • Analyze and resolve payment discrepancies by coordinating with sales, collections, and customers. • Create adjustment entries in compliance with established deduction and credit procedures. • Work closely with Accounting, Sales, Procurement, and Logistics teams to address invoicing issues. • Ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines while maintaining accuracy. • Utilize accounting software and tools such as Excel and ERP systems effectively. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related roles. • Strong proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Excel. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred. • Familiarity with 10-key data entry and Adobe software. • Proficiency in an additional language is a plus. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
