Description Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional looking to take the next step in your career? This is a long term contract opportunity with the potential for a hybrid schedule once training is complete. You’ll play a key role in our financial operations—managing billing, collections, and payment processing—while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. What You’ll Do: + Oversee the full accounts receivable cycle, from invoicing to payment reconciliation + Lead collections efforts, working with clients to resolve outstanding balances professionally and efficiently + Generate and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery + Maintain organized and accurate financial records using Epicor ERP + Use Excel to analyze data and prepare internal reports + Communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing issues + Monitor overdue accounts and take appropriate follow-up actions + Support audits and assist with financial reporting + Identify and implement improvements in A/R processes If you have the appropriate background for the Accounts Receivable role and are interested in being considered, please apply using the Robert Half website.
