Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in South Jordan, Utah. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining customer account records. Responsibilities: • Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely posting. • Reconcile customer accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate records. • Generate invoices and monitor billing processes to ensure compliance with company policies. • Record and track cash activity, including payments, deposits, and adjustments. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account-related issues and improve processes. • Utilize accounting and ERP systems to manage financial data effectively. • Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable metrics for management review. • Support the implementation and optimization of accounting software and CRM systems. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards in all activities. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting functions. • Proficiency in accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools. • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Strong understanding of cash handling and reconciliation processes. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions. • Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. • Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
