Accounts Receivable Specialist - Solon, OH

We're hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in Solon, OH. This on-site role supports billing, collections, cash application, credit card processing, and customer account management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll DoProcess daily deposits, apply cash receipts, and handle credit card transactionsManage customer master data and process credit applicationsMake collection calls and follow up on past-due accountsReview service and sales orders for accuracyPrepare and process credit/debit memos and RMAsSupport invoicing and backup as neededCollaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfactionDrive continuous improvement using Lean principles What You BringHigh school diploma or associate's degree (or equivalent experience)2-3 years of collections and cash application experienceStrong Excel, Word, and ERP system skills (Avante or IFS a plus)Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skillsStrong attention to detail and math skills for financial accuracy
