Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team on a contract basis in Hillsboro, Oregon. In this role, you will manage and oversee various accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate billing, efficient collections, and timely cash postings. This position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a leading organization. Responsibilities: • Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, billing, and cash posting. • Manage commercial collections processes to ensure timely payments from clients. • Utilize SAP and other accounting systems to streamline operations and reporting. • Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and resolve payment issues. • Prepare and analyze financial data to support decision-making processes. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all accounts receivable activities. • Generate and review reports to monitor account statuses and identify areas for improvement. • Facilitate communication with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment schedules. Requirements • 2+ years of proven experience in accounts receivable and billing functions. • Familiarity with commercial collections and ability to manage a portfolio of clients. • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. • Knowledge of accounting principles and industry standards. • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
