Job duties: + Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately + Post payments and ensure timely and accurate transaction processing + Manage large data sets within Excel (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) + Support AR analysis and reporting to management + Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline processes + Maintain accurate records and assist in audit preparation as needed Requirements + Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Math, or equivalent experience + 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience + Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, working with large data sets) + High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy + Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
