What You'll Do as an Accounts Receivable Invoicing Specialist:

Collect shipping documentation daily and prepare shipping batchesAccurately enter shipping data into the system and generate invoicesReview and submit invoices for approval, and post approved batchesSubmit invoices on customer websites and obtain Proof of Delivery (POD)Research and solve invoicing exceptions and discrepanciesWork closely with Sales, Customer Service, and other departmentsMaintain monthly Excel spreadsheets for billed invoicesCreate miscellaneous invoices and credits when needed

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, or a similar roleStrong keyboard skills with accuracy and speedIntermediate Excel skills (managing spreadsheets, basic formulas)ERP software experience (invoice entry/management; e.g., SAP, Oracle)Ability to research and resolve invoicing issues independentlyComfortable navigating multiple websitesExtremely detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivatedExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsTeam player with a professional, proactive attitudeAbility to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally and operate standard office equipment
