Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Woodland Hills, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable processes. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and expertise in accounting systems and cash management. Responsibilities: • Oversee accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, and reconciliation. • Utilize accounting software systems and ERP tools to maintain accurate financial records. • Monitor and process cash activity, ensuring timely deposits and proper documentation. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency. • Generate and analyze reports to track account performance and financial metrics. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all financial processes. • Provide support for audits by preparing documentation and addressing inquiries. • Manage customer accounts within CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. • Review invoices and payment schedules to ensure prompt and accurate processing. • Maintain effective communication with clients to address billing concerns and payment issues. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles. • Proficiency in accounting software systems and ERP platforms. • Strong understanding of billing, cash handling, and reconciliation processes. • Experience with CRM tools for managing customer accounts. • Familiarity with Epic Software and ADP financial services systems. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Strong communication skills for client and internal interactions.
