The AR Accounting Specialist position in Sabetha, KS, is responsible for processing invoices to customers for shipments from multiple sites while ensuring SOX Compliant procedures are followed and revenue recognition criteria are met. This position also completes month end account reviews for select expense accounts. **Work You'll Do:** + Validate shipping documentation for revenue recognition purposes and process AR invoices to customer in a timely manner for Sabetha Parts Shipments & Ohio Equipment/Parts Shipments. + Process Whitewater, Kansas City and Ohio Service jobs by validating Service Reports against SAP and reviewing backup to prove service occurrence. + Send Invoices to customers (email, portal or USPS) daily. Tracking submission status of invoices created to ensure all are sent timely. + Ensure all Shipments/Service invoicing for all assigned locations is completed at the end of the month. + Perform account analysis spreadsheet for accounting fees, consulting fees, quality testing, and employee professional subscriptions to GL accounts. + Maintaining 05 Blocks on sales orders. + Providing additional support during special projects/audits. **Basic Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or equivalent + 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance; preferably Accounts Receivable. + Effective communication skills and ability to multi-task while being highly organized and detail oriented. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Accounting, Finance or Business Degree + Familiarity with SAP software ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
