Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Shipping Clerk to join our team in Wauseon, Ohio. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial operations and shipping processes of a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will excel in data entry, maintain a detail-oriented approach, and demonstrate reliability while managing sensitive information. Responsibilities: • Handle accounts receivable tasks, including billing, cash applications, and account reconciliation. • Process commercial collections and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments. • Manage shipping documentation and coordinate logistics to ensure accurate delivery. • Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. • Collaborate with team members and maintain a detail-oriented demeanor in a plant environment. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, and account reconciliation. • Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP. • Strong skills in commercial collections and cash applications. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
